Filing away this Wired article for when the evolution theory showdown w/ A gets under way.

I dreamt last night that I was at Small Dog for the release day of the new iMac G5 line and I was wrestling people for one of a small handful of 23″ High Def iMac G5s that they’d gotten in. Well, that didn’t happen, but apparently the updates were announced this morning (via TUAW). And of course, more on the Apple site itself.

Particularly notable:

• Built-in wireless
• Gigabit ethernet
• 512 MB RAM standard
• dual-layer 8x DVD burning
• graphics bumped up a notch, too
