Was I out to lunch on this aspect of the Flickr maps when it came out? Or did they just add this recently? Observe:

See the little blue dot in the lower-left corner of the thumbnail? When I first loaded up the map this evening I saw that most of them had it. And the only one that didn’t was one I hadn’t geotagged yet. So I let my curiosity get the better of me and I clicked on it:

…and sure enough it goes to that spot on the map with the call-out for the photo’s geotagged location. Neat! Put it all together (with my annotation, of course):

Anyway… I thought it was pretty spiffy.
