#honey, i left the windows open.
didn’t see that coming. i guess i shouldn’t be too surprised — bending over backwards to compete w/ Linux is probably going to become the norm here in the very near future — esp. in the server market. Desktops are probably going to continue to be dominated by Windows boxes — though my personal hope for the Mac never fades. Anyway, it’s a small step, “merely” opening the source to a few govt sectors but one with intriguing implications.
