Broke out the “hand crafted” Ketel One Vanilla for the family at the annual Waterville Valley meet-up. It went over well. As in it was smoother tasting than expected with a crisp and lively vanilla flavor — w/o being too over the top sweet. Next sampling will probably be at 45 days, though I have my doubts that it will get any sweeter than it has already.
