The Joy of Clojure (now in print!)

by Rob Friesel

The Joy of Clojure: Thinking the Clojure Way by Michael Fogus and Chris Houser became available today. I had the good fortune of getting to read an early draft last year and got to provide some feedback. True to its title, the book is a joy to read and I do not know of many technical/programming books like it. Fogus and Houser have come together nicely in both style and substance and the Clojure community is lucky to have guys like that making such big contributions.

I received my copy today, and as delighted as I was to see my name in the acknowledgments, I was even more delighted to see my good friend Mike’s name on the cover. Bravo to those gents.

If you have even a passing interest in Clojure or functional programming, I urge you to check it out.
