  One frustration of early employees is that they’ve had limited upward mobility as Facebook has matured.

  …which is the one that rings true—though it's hard to feel bad for folks that (just extrapolating here) took their $1 million in options money to start their own company so that they could be in charge. Just the same, it's a sentiment worth absorbing.
