By Noah Smith, writing at The Atlantic. The same "classic" pie-in-the-sky optimism we've been hearing about solar for decades? Or a realistic nod to a feasible long-term energy strategy? I'm wary about the tacit support for fracking, but there are some interesting ideas here.

Manuel Cerón's critique that CoffeeScript makes writing the code easier (sort of) and reading the code (potentially) much harder. I find myself aligning with his critique that the implicitness makes for some unpleasant trickery, but the "more than one way to do it" critique seems like it could be just as easily applied to vanilla JS. A worthwhile read no matter how you slice it, and no matter where you fall on CoffeeScript specifically.
