"Transform the web" is a little bit link-baity, but this is still a great round-up by Alex MacCaw. The CSS filter demos I've already seen are impressive, and you better believe those ECMAScript 6 features are going to be pretty amazing.

Very thoughtful piece by Matt Sencenbaugh about what it's like being a junior developer (even with a CS degree from a good school) in the industry, and all the little pieces of advice he wishes people had given him. Very worth the read.
