My favorite part (so far):
[The Founding Fathers] make creationists appear, shall we say, less than intellectually competent when they toss out a howler like, “George Washington and Thomas Jefferson were creationists!” It makes one want to knock on their heads and call out derisively, “Helllooo! Anybody home in there? In what year did Washington die? When was Origin of Species published?” Old George didn’t know about germs, either; and Tom famously stated that he could never believe that stones ever fell from the sky.
