Homebrew #9 was the second Tilde Gravitywerks original: an “accidentally extra” American amber ale that we call Honestatis:
Homebrew #8 was the very first Tilde Gravitywerks original recipe: a straightforward Kölsch that took on the name Sorry Karl:
The seventh Tilde Gravitywerks homebrew: a ginger-spiced saison featuring Sorachi Ace hops that, as spring ushered in, became Indicant Veris: 1 ”Hint of Spring.” More or less.[↩]
Homebrew #6 was my third solo brew as Tilde Gravitywerks: a British style bitter (and/or English pale ale) which I wound up calling Little Ponder:

The second homebrew was also my first solo homebrew. For Xmas, A. requested that I brew her a stout. After searching around a bit, we settled on this sweet stout kit from NorthernBrewer.com. That sweet stout became Dark Heart of Love:
